Tanium Comply

Vendor setup

Generate User

  • From the Main menu, go to Administration > Permissions > Users and click New User
  • Set the Display Name to "Comply API User"
  • In the Roles section, click Manage Roles
  • Select the "Comply Report Reviewer" and "Gateway User" roles, then click Apply

Authentication

Choose one of these authentication methods:

  • Username and password from "Comply API User"
  • API token assigned to "Comply API User"

App Configuration

App Parameters:

  • Base URL: The URL to the source instance using the following format https://:
  • Username: A valid username for connecting to the Tanium instance
  • Password: A valid password for connecting to the Tanium instance
  • Session Token: An API token for connecting to the Tanium instance
  • Verify SSL Cert: If enabled Interpres will verify the SSL certificate
  • Proxy: A valid proxy server and port. This should be of the form 'http[s]://:

App Validation

Check there is connectivity (green light) in the integration created.

Implemented Actions

  • Get Assets: Returns a list of assets.
  • Get Vulnerabilities: Returns a list of vulnerabilities.
